About Me

     I’m an expert in my field, but I wouldn’t be where I am, without those who've helped me along the way. That’s why I love connecting with like-minded people and using my passion and skills to make a difference.
     My property care services experience, began straight out of high school. I had a window and post-construction cleaning business that grew exponentially. After college and post management work with an architectural firm, I started a residential and office cleaning business.
     We all have a passion. This is mine! From an early age, I decided to master a craft. And I’ve been learning ever since. I have developed "Upright Property Care Services", an all encompassing business to service customers' property needs.

  • Small Domain (1.5 bath)= $120
  • Larger Domain (e.g., 2 bath) = $180
  • Over 4,000 sq. ft = $429
  • Deep Cleaning Available = Add 35%
  • Windows = We start at $300 (TBD)
  • Clean Refrigerator = $50
  • Clean Oven = $50 (please include in inquiry)
  • Move-Out Inspections = $125 or $75 when combined with other services
  • Interior Painting = $2.85/sq. ft., minimum $400 (ceilings are addt'l)
  • De-Clutter $35/hr., minimum of 4 hours
  • Pick Up / Drop Off Services = $30
  • Carpet Cleaning ($120 - $840, on average)
